On December 3-7, 2023, an ADL workshop was conducted in Olsztyn for a group of officers from Azerbaijan, as part of NATO DEEP, a program supporting the transformation of the military education systems of partner countries. On December 6, 2023, the group stayed in Ełk, where they were received by the director of the Elk Branch Campus. In addition, the guests learned about the potential of the Branch’s e-learning laboratory, with particular emphasis on VR solutions. In addition, Col. Dr. Rustam AGHAYEV from the Azerbaijan National Defense University in Baku delivered an open lecture on the topic: “NATO DEEP Azerbaijan – ADL Capacity Building Context”. Moreover, there was a courtesy meeting of representatives of the Management Board of the Polish Association for Security with participants of the NATO DEEP workshops held in Olsztyn.The event was organized as part of the cooperation of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn with the Polish Association for Security and NATO DEEP eAcademy.
