“Your Start in the Future of Drones” is the motto of the nationwide competition Droniada Junior, aimed at inspiring youth, including high school graduates, to explore the world of modern technologies and aviation.
The event’s partner is the City of Rybnik, with honorary patrons including NATO DEEP eAcademy and the Polish Association for Security. The organizers are: the Silesian University of Technology, PBL Academy Foundation, Mikromakro Institute Foundation, Little Bit Academy, and the Mechanical and Electrical School Complex in Rybnik. Droniada Junior is not only a competition but also a space for learning, rivalry, and developing passion in the spirit of STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics). Its mission is to promote the safe use of drones and demonstrate how innovative technologies can shape the future. Participants compete in drone races and face programming challenges, gaining practical skills and discovering future professions. The benefits are:
