Defence24Day conference featured our participant!

The 5th edition of Defence24Day, the largest conference in Central and Eastern Europe on defense and security issues, took place in Warsaw on May 24-25, 2023. Over 3,000 persons attended this event, as the leading undertaking for the defence sector and industries related to the security of citizens, enterprises and public administration. Representatives of the civil and military diplomatic corps accredited in Warsaw, scientific and research institutions, industry, military universities and think-tanks in the area of strategic research in security and defense issues were also present.The Polish Association for Security was represented by Dir. Jarosław Tokarczyk. Also NATO DEEP eAcademy expert Jerzy Tomasik, PhD, attended.

The program was largely focused on the situation related to the war in Ukraine. The conference was divided into five thematic blocks: defence, resilience, modernization of the armed forces, defense industry and the SOFEAST conference – dedicated to elite special services. This allowed the invited experts and participants to conduct a discussion and exchange experiences in the field of defence.

Over 50 discussion panels were held, attended by over 300 speakers from various countries. Among them were the Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Poland, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, the head of the National Security Bureau of the Republic of Poland, representatives of the General Staff, services and commands. Among the foreign guests were: Deputy Prime Minister for Integration of Moldova, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Deputy Minister of Defense of Lithuania, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, Assistant Secretary General for NATO Executive Management.
