The Copernicus Forum – a series of meetings with security experts – was officially inaugurated on Wednesday, 22 November on the campus of the University of Warmia and Mazury (UWM). The event in Olsztyn was the inauguration of the Polish Association for Security and NATO DEEP eAcademy initiative. The Copernicus Forum, supported by the University of Warmia and Mazury and the National Defence University of Ukraine in Kiev, aims to create a platform for the exchange of knowledge on education and security. It is also a space that fosters the creation of innovative solutions.
The Copernicus Forum was inaugurated with a lecture by terrorism expert Dr Sajjan Gohel, from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
