The Polish Association for Security (PAS) coordinated a comprehensive Advanced Distribution Learning (ADL) capacity building workshop for NATO DEEP Tunisia representatives, focusing on instructional design excellence and digital course development methodologies.
Intensive Training Program
The seven-day workshop delivered hands-on training in e-learning development practices, guiding participants through the complete lifecycle of online course creation. Tunisian specialists engaged in practical exercises emphasising pedagogical design principles, content structuring, and learner engagement techniques.
Participants gained experience in modern instructional design frameworks, multimedia integration, assessment methodology development, and digital learning architecture optimization including accessibility standards and scalable content delivery systems.
PAS Coordination Impact
PAS ensured seamless program delivery through comprehensive logistical support, facilitating optimal knowledge transfer between NATO DEEP eAcademy instructors and Tunisian education technology specialists.
This intensive training significantly advanced Tunisia’s Higher Military Education System (HMES) ADL capabilities, with participants acquiring technical expertise essential for implementing robust online course development processes within their institutions.
