On May 6, 2024, the 1st International Scientific Conference was held at the headquarters of the Ełk Branch Campus of the University of Warmia and Mazury. Key determinants of national security on a global, regional and local scale. The conference was organized by the Ełk Branch of the UWM and NATO DEEP eAcademy. The patron of the event was the Civitas et Lex magazine, and the strategic partner was the Polish Association for Security.
The format was hybrid, while the branch in Ełk hosted a delegation of representatives of scientific centers of the Republic of Armenia, which met on-site. The entire conference was attended by 33 speakers from countries such as Armenia, Ukraine, Italy, Germany and Poland.
