The Polish Association for Security (PAS) participated in the ceremonial inauguration of the 2025/2026 academic year at the Ełk branch of the University of Warmia and Mazury. The Director of PAS attended the event.
Inaugural Ceremony
The inauguration took place on October 2, 2025, in accordance with academic tradition – “Gaudeamus igitur” was sung, new students were immatriculated, and an inaugural lecture was delivered to open another year of study. Among the newly admitted students were nursing program enrollees, a program that enjoys considerable interest.
Dr. Marcin Radziłowicz, Director of the UWM Branch in Ełk, emphasized in his speech that the university’s mission is to teach thinking, while wishing students courage in acquiring knowledge and developing their passions. The ceremony also provided an opportunity to highlight the significance of the Ełk branch in educating specialists for the needs of the local labor market.

The participation of a PAS representative at the inaugural ceremony confirms the Association’s commitment to supporting educational initiatives and building relationships with the academic community of the Warmia-Masuria region.
